  • Other countries/regions: 7–20 business days

Please note these are estimated times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Orders of $39.99 USD or more: Free Shipping
  • Orders under $39.99 USD: Flat shipping fee of $12.99 USD

4. Countries/Regions Not Supported
The following countries/regions are currently not supported for shipping:

  • Sudan, South Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria
  • Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo
  • Haiti, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Mozambique
  • Myanmar, Somalia, Turkey, Yemen

Orders with addresses in these regions cannot be shipped, and customers will be notified promptly.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the provided link.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
